It is with heavy hearts we share the news of Emma's passing due to complications following childbirth. Those who are fortunate enough to have known Emma will always remember her for her loving nature, heart of gold, and willingness to show up for anyone who needed a helping hand. Emma, a 29 year old new mother, leaves behind the most dedicated husband in the world, Seth, and a beautiful baby boy, Jack.
