So our good friends, Emma and Lew, have been through an incredibly tough time the past 18-24months.
They've unfortunately not been able to go on their honeymoon to India and it's been bugging me since. They've had to postpone trips time after time, due to Lew's health or treatment etc. and that's just unfair. Life can be unfair and unpredictable enough as it is, without having to forgo Honeymoons and breaks away or losing money on pre-booked trips. Especially when it's down to things completely out of our control.
I think most that know her, would agree that Emma is one of the most kindest, hard working, giving individuals we know. She has the sweetest soul! Continuously striving to see the positive in everything, consistently fund-raising for charity - she literally is a "Legend". She recently gave up her Christmas presents for charity. How much more selfless can you get? Not much is the answer to that!
I thought I would set this page up to raise funds for some travel insurance and perhaps some funds towards some sort of break that the two could have- maybe in 2017!
Insurance companies don't like Cancer, cancer is seen as "too risky" and so it is pricey to get insurance. Hence why I thought this might help.
What better way to treat Lew and Emma, they deserve a break more than anyone.
If we give to others and if we are kind to others, you will notice that the universe gives back.
I know Christmas is expensive and just around the corner, but think about donating, even if it is a small amount!
