Help Support Emma’s Fight Against Lupus (SLE).

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out today on behalf of our dear friend, Emma K, who is currently facing a very difficult and uncertain time in her life.

Emma has been battling several serious medical issues, stemming from systemic lupus erythematosus, a painful, chronic autoimmune condition when the body's immune system targets healthy tissue, including the nervous system, bones, organs, blood and joints. This disease is complex, unpredictable, and require continuous care and treatment. Due to the severity of her conditions, Emma is unable to work and is living on a very limited income, making it nearly impossible to keep up with the growing costs of her medical care.

In addition to everyday living expenses, Emma is facing mounting medical bills, specialist visits, and regular travel to and from appointments for more advanced treatment—trips that are both physically demanding and financially overwhelming.

Emma is one of the kindest, most resilient people we know. She’s always been the one to lend a helping hand, offer a kind word, and show up for others. Now it’s our turn to show up for her.
