Bela's Summer Studying Abroad!
Donation protected
This is my amazing daughter, Bela Kapelka. She has just been accepted to study abroad this summer in Ecuador! It's an opportunity to visit one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in the world, where she will be studying amphibians, birds, insects, reptiles, and plants. We are all so excited for her! But it’s not free, and unfortunately for her, I'm not a wealthy lady. The program, Neotropical Ecology in Ecuador, will cost a total of $7092. This includes housing, tuition, meals, immunizations, airfare, and course materials. The program is from June 20-July 6, during this time she will visit Quito, camp in the Amazon Basin, hike through cloud forests, and the Andes Mountains. Let's all make this happen for her; she is a great student and an asset to all of our lives as well as the planet. Thank you so much, we are all rooting for her!
