Help Samantha Get Gender Affirming Surgery
Beschermde donatie
Hello Everyone !
I’m Samantha I am a Transgender Woman and medically I started my transition 5 years ago. It’s been a long and hard process to get to where I am today. I have struggled with Gender Dysphoria for a long time but one of my greatest struggles with dysphoria has been centred around my voice and body
I’m raising funds specifically for voice surgery and breast augmentation, but also other gender affirming surgery’s too.
Currently NHS don’t offer these types of surgeries for Trans women and so I’m asking for your help.
I feel extremely uncomfortable speaking to anyone in public. I will avoid it at any cost. When I do speak I see their faces change trying to figuring me out and it becomes the only thing they see and they begin to treat me different because of it. I don’t feel safe, I feel trapped because I can’t express myself. I don’t speak on trains, buses waiting rooms or any enclosed space because I just don’t want to draw unwanted attention to myself. It’s extremely isolating not being able to communicate out of fear.
These surgeries would alleviate all the anxiety and dysphoria I’ve been dealing with for years surrounding my voice and body
If you are able to donate anything towards the surgery it would be a huge help and I would be eternally gratefully to you.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully understand how important this is to me.
Love you all. Sam xx
