On December 22nd, Jessica Kupferman lost her daughter after a long struggle with mental illness and addiction. If you know Jessica on social media, you've heard her talk about it. She's shone a light on what a human struggle addiction is, and the unique pain of watching your daughter struggle.
So many of us have been wondering how to help Jess, and if sending flowers doesn't feel quite right...we thought the best thing we could do is to create a space to send money for Jessica to use to honor her daughter's memory.
The money will allow Jess to decide on arranging a scholarship in Emily's name, go to funeral arrangements, or perhaps to make other donations in Emily's memory.
The money donated here will go to Jess, and she'll decide how to use it to honor Emily's memory in beautiful ways.
