Emily Goldbach is 32, hardworking and a mother of two boys, Lyric (12) and Sean (10) who are students at RMS and are very active in the athletics.
Emily selflessly organized a donation drive for families affected by tragedies in the city of Hartford. You may recall she organized a relief effort to helped provide replacement of the families’s necessities, belongings and housing when they lost everything in a fire earlier this year. Unfortunately, now Emily family’s needs help!
Emily has been going back and forth to doctors for the last several months at Froedtart locations, Mayo Clinic of Rochester Brain Tumor Clinic, Mayo Clinic Endocrinology Center, and now Rheumatic Disease Center trying to find answers. They found scar tissue in her brain that they believe is being caused from her brain damaging itself from severe migraines. They also found multiple tumors on her thyroid that may be causing several of her issues, and losing sensation/feeling and use in her arms from finger tips to shoulders, making it impossible for her to hold dishes, paint, bake, etc.
Emily spends a lot of her time going to doctors and resting in bed when she is not working, this girl has just been going through the ringer. The diagnosis she has been given is Radicular Neuropathy and they are looking into autoimmune and inflammatory diseases/disorders. Emily will soon be heading to Cleveland because the Neurologist in Cleveland wants to look further at brain tissue and Neurological/Nervous System issues that she is experiencing. With the holidays coming up and all of her medical bills coming in, I know she could use all of the financial help she can get. Even sharing this message means the world! Thank you for considering helping this amazing family❤️.
