Hi, My name is Emily Davis and I'm planning to go on a mission trip to Pisa, Italy and then a third-world country. I am so excited for this opportunity to go into different parts of the world and spread the gospel! 

I won’t be going completely by myself in this; the organization I am going with is YWAM, or Youth With a Mission.

YWAM is a well known mission organization, that I discovered through a close friend of mine who served with them for a year. She had such amazing things to say about the organization, that when I started looking and praying for trips I couldn’t help but  check them out. 

Their slogan is to “Go for God”, and to “Meet Real Needs With the Love of Jesus”. 

I plan to spend 3 months in Italy, at a discipleship training school (DTS), preparing for missions in a third-world environment while simultaneously learning more about God’s word, and reaching out to locals there. Then we will spend 3 months in a third-world country, doing outreach with locals. Helping churches and spreading the gospel to those who may have never heard of God before.

That entire process will be repeated for the second six months of my trip! But a different DTS !
