Emily's Journey: Seeking Justice and Support

If there's one thing about me it's that I hate asking for help. I feel as though I have reached a wall with seeking aide through other means, at least in ways that won't take months of waiting to (possibly) come through.
I'm a disabled trans woman who has recently been facing discrimination in the workplace, rising medical debt, and barely having enough to scrape by for necessities. I have a short term goal, a mid term goal, and long term goals for this campaign. Allow me to go over all of this.
- Discrimination. I was recently injured outside of work and spent 6 months on disability leave, making half my wages. My only options from this point on to maintain my healthcare are unpaid personal leave and a company leave. I have explained to management that I can do all of my job duties sitting down, but corporate has decided that my mobility aides (a rollator or crutches dependent on my needs) would be disallowed on the sales floor. This is against the law and I will be fighting it, but fighting it will cost money and keep me out of work for the foreseeable future. Fighting this is one of my long term goals.
- Medical Debt. This one is self explanatory. Due to my cut wages on leave I've had roughly $1000 in medical debt occur. One of my short term goals in raising this amount and a little bit more (probably +$1500) to make paying for future care easier. As a disabled person, dependent on my needs, seeking future care may increase this amount.
- Affording basic needs. With the rising costs of groceries it has been more difficult than ever for me to afford my daily needs, and each week even just paying rent ($570) has been a monumental task. One of my short term goals is getting $1140 to put away for two months rent.
- Any remaining or future money will be spent taking care of myself, or put away for savings, as I have had no money in savings for the last 5 years.
