We took Emily to the hospital having pains in her abdomen 18 March 2020. They did several test and admitted her to the hospital around 02:00 19 March 2020. She ended up spending the weekend in the hospital and having surgery, Monday 23 March 2020, where the doctor’s removed a 10 cm mass, her ovary and 25 lbs of fluid.  The doctor’s sent everything to the lab for testing. The reports came back with Emily having a rare form of ovarian cancer, Juvenile Granulosa cell tumor. We still have a few tests to complete before chemotherapy begins. She is looking at 84 days of Treatment. Of which 20 days will be spent as an inpatient in the hospital. This fund is to help with her expenses during her chemotherapy.
