This June, Emily has the incredible opportunity to travel to Cambodia on a school service trip, where she will be working directly with disadvantaged children in rural villages. These children, many of whom live below the poverty line, have limited access to quality, safe education and clean water facilities. As part of the trip, the students have been asked to raise funds to build vital education facilities, supply study materials, support community programs, and assist with water sanitation, toilet facilities, and housing for families in need. All trip costs have been covered; every dollar donated will go directly towards projects like building classrooms, providing toilets, and offering additional opportunities in subjects like English and IT.
