Help Emilyn get to National History Day

Hi, my name is Emilyn Bosch, an 8th-grade student at Avail Academy, and a resident of Richfield, Minnesota. I am raising money to represent the State of Minnesota, my school, and my community in the National History Day National Contest on June 10-15 in College Park, Maryland.

I qualified for the National Contest by finishing first in the Minnesota State History Day competition for my performance Hedy Lamarr: Developing the Frontier of Electrical Engineering and the Status of Women as Inventors.

While it is an honor to represent Minnesota at the National Contest, it is also expensive. The money I raise will be used to pay for my airfare to get to Washington DC and other transportation costs ($775), room and board to stay in the dorms at the University of Maryland ($525), and contest costs and fees ($200).

I would be grateful for any donations to help me fund this amazing opportunity and for me to represent Minnesota!
