Hi! My name is Emily Davis. I've been playing neurotic folk rock in El Paso, Texas for almost half of my life. If you're reading this, you might already be familiar with my three self-released albums and vigorous touring habits.  You might also be familiar with my Bad Religion-obsessed, punk rock-enthused YouTube channel. 

I have been invited to play three upcoming shows during the first two weeks of March. As of now, I can't provide you with the specifics regarding these dates. However, what I would like to stress is the importance/significance  these shows will have on my musicial endeavors - and personally-speaking as well. 



In order to make this trip successful, I will have to book two flights: one from El Paso to Chicago and another from either Toronto, Detroit, or somewhere in northwest/central New York to Los Angeles. I will also have to secure a form of transportation between these locations, while also covering food/gas/shelter expenses. These are steep, given that Spring Break is nearly upon us and time is short. I'm also hoping I can bring a +1 for safety concerns. 

If I am to leave El Paso by March 3/4 (ideally), I will need to be able to wrap up this Go Fund Me by Thursday. Hence, there's a limited window available to make this happen, but I think its totally feasible. 

I realize this petition is lacking some crucial details: ie venue locations and ticket prices. While I can't give you that information as of yet, I CAN say that you will be contributing to three shows, which will be taking place in Chicago, Toronto, and LA between the dates of March 4-9. You will also be contributing to my music career as a whole.



Many of you, for reasons I don't always understand, have chosen to contribute over the years in various ways. Whether it's an army dude near the Rockies with a warm place to stay, a sweet girl in NorCal who knows my lyrics by heart, in a kindhearted Facebook message, or in the minutes spent checking out my art - you've always been involved.

You have painted my entire world and I will forever be grateful for that, friend.
