On August 22, 2017 our beloved Emily was called to heaven leaving behind her beautiful children and family. In this amazingly hard time we are asking for our community to come together to support both sets of grandparents with the needs of Emily's children.

Elly and Emily's father Tony Smith along with Tom Holler and Debbie Holler will be in charge of taking care of the expenses first for the needs of Emily's costs, and then they will split the funds left over for Emily's children.
