On June 4th Emily and some friends were in downtown Fort Wayne riding electric scooters. As Emily was passing through a cross walk she was struck by a vehicle. This accident resulted in extreme bodily injuries. Emily is a long time beloved server at Don Hall’s Factory Restaurant and this accident will keep her out of work for several months. Emily is currently being treated in the trauma unit at Lutheran Hospital. She will need extensive surgeries and rehabilitation with a long road to recovery. Any donations for Emily’s living expenses and hospital bills will be greatly appreciated.
