Emily is the daughter of Jason and Kimberly Boxer. On Emily's first birthday February 15th Emily will undergo a long and extensive hip surgery at Shriners hospital in Philadelphia. At this time we know she will need at least two operations maybe more, she will have to wear a full body cast from her chest to her ankles for about six months. Kimberly has to leave her job and home to move in with her family to help care for Emily. This will be a financial hardship for this family. Emily will have a long road ahead of her she will need special things to care for her due to her being in a spica cast. We are hoping that at the end of all this they will be able to stand back on their feet and live a happy and normal life without having to much of a set back. We are trying to raise money for Emily's parents so they can focus on just her and less on finances.
