Hi, my name is Emilia. I’m raising funds to join a school trip to Uganda with Amigos, a charity my family has supported for over twenty years. My Gran taught in the Masindi District as a Global Teacher, and my dad visited Uganda last year; both came home describing how challenging daily life can be for many families, especially around clean water, food, and opportunity. Their experiences inspired me to learn first‑hand how Kira Farm supports young people and how Ugandan communities work together. I hope this trip will help shape my future, as I’m interested in working with and supporting people.

To raise the money, I’m planning sponsored bike rides, selling items on Vinted, and making cards, jewellery, and crafts throughout the year.
