Hi everyone, my name is Kathy Hernandez and I was Emiliano's girlfriend for a little over 3 years. Emiliano was a 26-year-old who was full of life and always did his best to help those he cared about. Emiliano was the type of person that when he walked into any room he would light it up and make everyone feel special he also put everyone’s needs before his own and would help anyone that he saw was struggling.

My heart breaks having to do this but on December 18, 2022 my boyfriend, Emiliano Reyes, tragically passed away in an accident. Authorities who have investigated have said that it was a tragic accident. While walking home near the Westfield Culver City he fell over a railing that was 20 feet deep down. His body wasn’t discovered until Monday December 19th between 5pm-7pm. Authorities have not been able to give us exact information as to how the accident occurred, we are still waiting for further developments.

From Lidia and Manuel Reyes, hello family and friends who are viewing this I wanted to begin by saying that Emiliano was our first born son who was so full of life. Emiliano was a son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, boyfriend and friend. He was boyfriend to Kathy Hernandez which he loved deeply and had future plans to marry and have a family of his own. Emiliano was a caregiver to his father who is struggling with stage 3 rectum cancer and a financial help to us. These donations would greatly help our family cover funeral cost. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
