Our mother, Emi Kanno, passed away in her sleep on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, at the age of 55. Although she was not feeling well shortly before her passing, this was very sudden and unexpected.

We are asking for donations to help cover the funeral and medical expenses.

Unfortunately, we cannot disclose much information as we are considering taking legal action. We presume this will also be a long, costly process. Also, we are still undecided about the date and details of the funeral, but we are not planning to do anything on a large scale. We kindly ask for your understanding.

She was an amazing, caring, sweet person and the best mom we could ever ask for. She never hesitated to shower us with her love, and was the most selfless and hardworking person we ever knew.

She was also an amazing wife to my father, Joe Shinji Kanno. She had the best smile in all of her photos with him. We were worried about them after we had to leave the house for university and work, but now we are sure she was very loved and happy.

2022年11月15日の朝、母の菅野恵美が自宅のベッドで永眠しました。55歳でした。亡くなる数日前に少し体調を崩してはいましたが、あまりにも突然で母がいなくなったことが今でも信じられません。

お葬式と医療費の支援をお願いします。

法的手段も検討しているため、詳細はあまりお知らせできません。また、お葬式の日にちや規模はまだ未定でございます。生前の母の希望を尊重し、あまり大きな規模のものは予定しておりません。あらかじめご了承いただけますと幸いです。

皆さんの記憶の中の母は小さな体でいつも甲斐甲斐しく働く姿だと思います。私たちが頑張れるのも惜しみなく愛を注いでくれた母のおかげです。

父にとってもかけがえのない妻でした。母の写真フォルダの中には私たちが知らない二人のツーショットがたくさんあり、幸せそうな母の姿が見れて嬉しかったです。

母のことを少しでも思い出していただけると嬉しいです。
