This is the absolute worst that we are facing now. As many of you know, mom was in a traffic accident in February 2024. But despite the strain/sprain she suffered in her neck, she continued to work. She went to a physiotherapist, was given exercises to do at home (which she still does). She saw the doctor and was diagnosed with Cervicalgia. She was referred for an x-ray and then she had osteoarthritis in her neck as well. She has not had pain or problems with her neck before. But the insurance company sees no connection with whiplash. Mom sent them picture of both cars... but no.

In april 2024 she took her vacation because she thought that rest maybe was what she needed. But no. The pain got worse and worse. She stayed home a couple of days every month until dec 2024 when the doc gave her full time sickleave. The doctor doesn't know if Mom will be able to return to her job. He wants her to do work training so that any functional impairments she has suffered can be seen. But.. that insuarance company (only for ppl on sick over 14day) I've been on sickleave for 180 days and they cut me off.

That means no income at all. .not until the ens of july.

Mom sold her car last month so we could survive. Now we dont have anything left to sell. She tried so hard to keep us over the surface. and now it feels like we are falling into the abyss. She is a loner and has a hard time asking for help. She feels stupid and a great failure,feel such shame. This is nothing she would do easily. We dont have anything else to offer. We got paintongs, maybe a combined lottery while we're crying for help. But we're new to this. (Mom asked for help when Zelda was very sick.) So to all our furriends, you dont have to donate, but if you cant. We understand that as well. Dont want anyone to feel forced. We love you as much anyway❤
