hello, my name is Rafaela i live in Portugal with my 4-year-old child. I recently received a notice that our water meter will be removed on the 29th due to two unpaid bills and penalties, totaling 218€.

I was unable to work because my child was hospitalized, and I have fallen behind on essential bills. If this amount is not paid, we will be left without running water.

I’m asking for help to keep something basic and vital in our home: water for my child. Additionally, I need a little extra to cover medications and basic necessities my child may need after being discharged.
