Emergency Vet To Help Save JuneBug

Hi my name is Kerry and I’m creating this GoFundMe to help my daughter.

Junebug (June/Junnie) was rescued by my daughter, Rebecca, on November 3rd from a shelter in the Los Angeles area. They became very close over the next few days. Then on Sunday, November 5 in the evening little June started to get very sick. Rebecca rushed her to an emergency vet where they diagnosed June with Parvo, Giardia and Coccidia. Without 24/7 medical care, Junes mortality rate was 95%. Rebecca decided to keep her in the animal hospital to get the best care she deserves. Unfortunately, that means an $8,000 vet bill and climbing.

The shelter has not taken any responsibility and was very combative when contacting them, sadly not even concerned about the other dogs in their care. The shelter did not do a SINGLE vet check on this poor pup when she was in their care.

June is the best puppy. Playful, a big cuddler, intelligent and follows Rebecca around like a shadow. They are even closer since June is almost an exact carbon copy of Rebecca’s childhood dog.
