My friend of over 45 years is in need of help for his best friend Otus. Otus is a hobo cat that my friend and he found each other and have been companions ever since. Otus is in need of emergency veterinary services and his dad has a very unique situation which causes him to be unable to help him. My friend is disabled himself, does not have a car, is not able to even ride in one and has an extremely limited range of motion as well as income. He is too proud to ask for help for himself, but is willing to allow me to ask for help with Otus. They live in New Mexico and I'm looking for people to chip in to help with vet bills as well as a way to transport him to and from the vets office which my friend will not be able to accompany you.
