Hi, my name is Jay, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times I’ve ever faced. My 12-year-old dog is more than just a pet — he’s my best friend, my emotional support, and my family.

Lately, he’s been suffering from frequent and intense seizures that have taken a serious toll on both of us. It got to the point where I made the decision to stop working so I could be there for him full-time and prioritize his health. As a teenager, I’ve already spent most of everything I had — including money saved up for school, life expenses, and vet appointments — on virtual vet visits, medications, and seizure-related care.

Just as I was trying to stay hopeful, I noticed a sudden large growth on his face, and I’m terrified. I don’t know yet what it is — it could be something minor, or it could be something serious. But I refuse to take any risks with his life. The only issue now is… I can’t afford even the basic vet visit to have it checked out, and neither can my family since we're struggling with new court costs.
