Thank you for checking out my GoFundMe. I am raising money to pay for vet bills for my almost 3-year-old Havanese, Augie. Yesterday, Augie found a baggie of ibuprofen and ate all of the pills in the bag. If you know Augie, I imagine you are not surprised; he is always getting into things. I took Augie to the vet as soon as I realized, and they have determined that he needs to stay for 2-3 days. Ibuprofen toxicity can cause ulcers, kidney problems, liver damage, neurological problems, etc. Augie will be watched closely over the next few days.

I received the estimate for the bill, and the cost is high for me. It is difficult for me to ask for help, but I am hoping for some, despite this being caused by my own carelessness, so I can hopefully get my boy healthy and back home. If donations exceed the final bill amount, I will pay back any difference.
