Our dear friends Ed and Colleen O'Keefe were hit with an unexpected tragedy yesterday. While walking their dogs Oliver and Roscoe, they were viciously attacked by a Rottweiler that had gotten off of his collar. Oliver received treatment and will recover well, but Roscoe's injuries are very extensive. Roscoe will be undergoing surgery to amputate his leg today. The owner of the Rottweiler took off and did not accept any responsibility for the attack. After all of this was said and done, Colleen and Ed are left with over $5000 in vet bills. Let's come together and help them with this expense so they can focus on the care of their dogs!
