Emergency vet diagnostic

This is Thor, and I'm his sister Claudia.

Thor is an almost 8 years old pup of pure love, he knows no other way of existing daily than giving kisses and constantly following.

Although not officially, he is a sort of therapy dog as I suffer from a severe depression. He keeps me active and alive.

Some days ago I noticed he was limping on his left back paw, monitored situation until last night he started screaming in pain.

Making it short, this morning at early hours I brought him into emergency vet for a check and they did a scan of his paw, revealing an inflammation of his toe probably due to an insect bite. So he's under meds now to heal but since it's a Sunday, early morning and an emergency, the examination costed me a bunch and I need some help to re-enter some of the money spent.

I'm currently unemployed and this month went already over budget to pay for his neutering. Hope you can help. Thank you!
