Donate and Share to Save Jacs Life with Surgery and Care

My name is Tamye, and Im the founder of Paying It Forward. A non profit org that has helped over 100,000 families over the last 12yrs. This time I am the one who truly needs your help to save my furbaby Jacs .

If you have been following this fundraiser it’s been a crazy couple of weeks between me noticing Jacs gums were swollen and she was sick to Lucky getting very sick and being unable to eat or walk. The good news is Lucky seems to be doing a lot better.

The bad news is what I thought was swollen gums turned out to be an infected growth on Jacs gums that needs to be moved immediately.

I brought Jacs to the lowcost animal clinic last week and after spending $576 on her apt and test they needed to run they came back to tell me that she needs immediate emergency surgery or she will die.

The vets office called me this afternoon to ask me to schedule the surgery for her, unfortunately they will not perform the surgery without payment up front.

The cost of the surgery is $1360 and as you can see so far I have only been able to raise $95.00 towards the surgery and all of the other vet bills I took out as much in loans as I was able to pay the initial vet cost and can not borrow anymore. If anyone has it in your heart to donate or share I will be forever grateful and find away to pay you back somehow once she is better thank you.
