My sweet dog Panda is the love of my life. She has been extremely sick for the past few days, with the cause unbeknownst to me. Not eating, vomiting, and lethargic. She’s always been a happy and peppy dog with energy. She loves napping and cuddling with her loved ones and playing with her brother Blue and sister Pink. I took her to the emergency vet today in Seattle to figure out what was causing her symptoms. It was determined that she came into contact with rats and got a severe infection called Leptospirosis that is causing her kidneys to fail. The vet is confident that he can treat her over the course of three days, however I cannot afford the cost at $9,000. I would do anything to save my baby. She has saved both me and my mom so many times over the years with her unyielding affection and loyalty. I don’t want to live without my best friend.
