Emergency Vet Care for Our Beloved Cat

Hello, I usually do not feel comfortable with reaching out for financial help, but due to an unexpected event causing some financial burden, I was encouraged to ask for help.

My cat was attacked by a dog that I recently brought into my home (FYI, I do not have this dog anymore, and it is in a good place. The emotional turmoil of this factor is a whole other subject). I had to rush my cat to the emergency vet (VCA Hospital in San Leandro). My cat's outer eye was torn and required stitches.

Money has been really tight—my husband and I both work but are still struggling to pay bills, mortgage, etc. This was a very unexpected expense that has caused much stress, financial and emotional burden. I made the amount the cost of the vet bill, but anything helps! I would greatly appreciate it.
