Dumps is at the emergency vet for the second time in six weeks for his jaw. This time the vets weren’t able to fix it and they need the surgeon to take a swing at it. I already paid $1700 last night for them to not be able to fix it and now they want another $1550 after I talked them down from $4000. I just paid rent and I’m completely tapped out, I’ve never used this before but I’m completely out of options. Any help is greatly appreciated
