I have been matched with my service dog Milo VII for almost 3 years; he turns 5 on October 5th.

He is very sick with hemorrhagic gastroenterits as a 24/7 vet hospital for 48-72 hours.

He was seen at urgent care October 2nd and again October 3rd after the diarrhea and vomiting got worse and he started passing large amounts of blood.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel his pet insurance January 2025 when it rose to over $400/month with a $1000 deductible per illness or injury.

My mom and I have maxed out credit cards and taken everything out of savings totaling $12,079.05 as the hospital required highest estimate payment up front. The lowest estimate for hospital plus 2 urgent care visits is $8,960.69.
