Emergency vet bills for pit bull attack.

Hi, my name is Eric Lauritzen and my dog was viciously attacked by a pit bull in downtown San Diego. The owner of the pit bull isn’t helping with the vet bills and it was devastating. I’m just happy my little guy survived and my daughters didn’t witness it. Any help would be a blessing.
