Emergency Vet Bills for Ollie
Donation protected
My sweet cat Ollie was recently diagnosed with fatty liver disease (hepatic lipidosis), which has led to several other health issues arising extremely suddenly. He went from being a healthy, affectionate cat to weak, low energy, and in and out of veterinary care over the course of the last two weeks.
Ollie is currently staying at a critical care animal hospital undergoing 24/7 treatment, including food supplementation through a feeding tube, frequent blood tests, radiographs, and more.
There is a good chance he will need blood transfusions to help his anemia and platelet count.
All of these procedures combined with multiple overnight stays are extremely costly, and even when he’s home Ollie will likely need to be fed + administered medication through a tube for weeks to come.
I want to make sure this angel gets the care he needs and deserves, but the unexpected costs are adding up quickly. Any help to save Ollie would be so, so appreciated – he’s only 9 years old and should have another decade of life in front of him. Thank you so much to anyone who donates.
