Hi everyone,

I’m Emma, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my beloved cat, Hagrid. He’s a black and white Munchkin Persian—quirky, quiet, a little stubborn, and the absolute love of my life.

Recently, Hagrid suffered a life-threatening urinary blockage, a common but incredibly dangerous condition for male cats. He was rushed to the emergency vet, where he had to be sedated, catheterized, and closely monitored in an oxygen chamber due to respiratory complications. There were moments I feared I might lose him.

The vet bills for his care have already exceeded $5,000, and his recovery isn’t over yet. I had to open a new credit card. He requires a prescription urinary diet, ongoing medications, follow-up visits, and careful at-home monitoring to prevent another blockage.

I’ve been doing everything I can to give him the best chance at a full, healthy life—but the financial burden is overwhelming.
