Hi, my name is Sunnie, and I’m raising funds to help cover the cost of emergency veterinary care for my cat, Atlas. Earlier this year, Atlas became seriously ill and had to be hospitalized. His treatment was lifesaving, but the bill ($3400) was far more than I could afford upfront, so I had to put the majority of the amount on a credit card.

Atlas is now on a prescription urinary diet that he’ll need for the rest of his life to prevent the condition from returning. I’m grateful he’s doing so much better, but the combination of the emergency bill and the ongoing cost of his prescription food has created a financial strain I’m struggling to manage on my own.

I’m creating this GoFundMe to help pay down the medical debt from his hospitalization and make sure I can continue providing the care he needs to stay healthy.
