Firstly meet the team :

My name is Dr Anatoliy Telpov. I am Ukrainian, I live and work in the UK as an A&E Doctor for South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Trust.

My name is Kelly Storey. I am British and work for our amazing NHS for Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust. I live in the North East of England in Newcastle upon Tyne.

 

We have grouped together to plan this fundraiser to purchase refurbished vehicles to drive to the Polish border to hand over to medics who urgently need them for the displaced families. We are looking for your help.

 

We are not a charity; we are a group of medics looking to help people in need.

 

We are looking to raise £25000 to buy the following:

- Two or more fully-equipped refurbished Ambulances to transport causalities and assist civilian evacuation.

 

- Tactical Ambulance helmets class IIIA and personal protective equipment.

 

- First aid supplies, including:

 

-Hemostatic tourniquets

 

- Dressings and bandages

 

- Antiseptics

-Surgical equipment as follows

This week has seen a huge increase in the need for surgical equipment. If you think you may be able to help supply any of the below items please let us know.
