Hello, I am a 22 year old Trans man living on my own in California. I have unfortunately found myself in a difficult situation where my insurance has backtracked and decided to deny me less than 3 weeks from my surgery date. I am 4 years into my medical transition, I have been waiting for years for this appointment and was previously told I had been cleared by my insurance, I have not been giving a reason for the sudden denial. Unfortunately I do not have the funds to pay out of pocket and now find myself facing the decision to cancel entirely less than a month out. Anything at all helps, If in the end I cannot afford this and must cancel I will return all donations. Thank you.
