Hi. A few of you may know me as BladeDash or Kryokin. My laptop has completely stopped working while I was using it yesterday. My thought was that it needed time to cool, but nothing changed when I woke up the next day.

The warranty i had expired 3 years ago and I dont have nearly the money to fix it.

I have to fix it NOW because it has absolutely everything stored in it.

My music, My videos, My University work. Everything.

Update: After speaking with some friends and a technician, Ive found that a screw was jammed into a part of the motherboard, damaging a component. The price of the repair will be £75, however I have made the goal extra in case I collect enough to get spare parts should things go awry again.

If I can't get it repaired then I have lost absolutely everything with no way to get them back.
