We doesn’t usually do this, but we couldn’t abandon this poor baby. This few month old kitten, now named Romeo, had its tail severed off. The vet called it a “degloving” injury because the skin is peeled back from the muscle beneath. If he doesn’t get it amputated, it could corrode, turn black and infect his nerves. This all could result in killing him.
This is because the tail is the end part of the spine, so it is full of nerves, and all of these injuries can cause significant pain. The tail can become necrotic.
Unfortunately this is a time sensitive matter and needs to be taken care of immediately.
We need to raise money for the surgery by 8 AM PST.
I have faith that we will all come together to reach this goal.
I’ve been trying to think of a creative way to help us reach the goal of $2000.
So if we received 100 donations at $20 each, we will reach our goal.
Please comment below how many $20 donations you would like to donate.
