My name is Jorge Moya, I am Tammy's husband. On 12/07/2020 Tammy suffered a fall which caused a broken patella (knee-cap). Unfortunately Tammy nor I have any medical insurance and are paying for everything up-front. Tammy had surgery on 12/17/20 and they could not repair the bottom portion of her knee cap so it was removed and recovery will be 8-12 weeks.  She will need physical therapy to get better I know that these are hard times for everyone. I am asking that you please find it in your heart to donate whatever you can so Tammy can recover from surgery. All money received will go towards medical bills. The $5000 was just a deposit for surgery so we know the bills will be much higher.
