Tali needs emergency help
Donation protected
Update: Due to the generous donations Caitlin is taking Tali back to the Uof S tomorrow for the CT Scan and stomach tap for pathology. The university doesn’t have a pathologist on Sundays. We are so hoping for a benign pathology report Monday. I increased the amount to cover any additional costs over the estimate.
Hi, my name is Eileen Foster. I’m raising funds for my granddog Tali.
Tali was taken to the University of Saskatchewan Vet Clinic on the weekend. Doctors determined via ultrasound and stomach tap that Tali has probable mass in her stomach that is rupturing and she needs further care this week.
My daughter Caitlin, a pet groomer, just started working in a new shop and is just getting her feet underneath her after a rough couple years at her last shop. Tali is everything to my daughter, they are never separated. Tali is emotional support for Caitlin. Tali is special to everyone who meets her at the shop. She is a sweetheart through and through.
Tali needs a CT scan and another stomach tap of the mass itself to determine if the mass is benign or malignant. Cost is about $1500.00.
Caitlin is hoping that the it’s benign. If so, Tali would need surgery to remove it. The quote for the surgery is coming and I may need to increase our goal.
If malignant Caitlin will need to make the difficult decision to help Tali cross the rainbow bridge or take her home and keep her comfortable as long as possible.
Any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance.
