Emergency eye surgery

Hello! My name is Teresa. I am trying to raise funds for our dear friend, Luis.

He has had eye procedures done to both eyes in the past two weeks due to diabetic damage. After one of his last laser procedures in his left eye, he has had complications that have removed the retina from its original position and have caused his vision to become impossible for him to drive or work. To fix the problem, he needs to have eye surgery next Thursday. Due to Luis not having medical insurance, he must pay costs up front before surgery.

The total cost of surgery is $3855.20.

He will continue to have more laser treatments on both of his eyes after this surgery which will incur more costs for him and his family.

He and his wife, Victoria, install flooring, carpet and vinyl, which is a hard job, especially for their age in the late 60s. But they are very hard workers and have never needed monetary help until now.

Please help me reach this goal for Luis; together, we can repair his vision again!
