Help Zeus Get Lifesaving Surgery After Swallowing a Sewing Needle

Hi everyone,

My name is Sheyli, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart for help with my sweet boy, Zeus. He’s a 2-year-old Chihuahua with the biggest personality packed into his tiny 4 pound body. Recently, Zeus accidentally swallowed a sewing needle, and now he urgently needs surgery to remove it and save his life.

We rushed him to VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center in Sacramento, where they confirmed through X-rays that the needle is inside his body and surgery is the only way to prevent serious internal damage or worse. The estimate for his care and surgery ranges between $5,774.77 and $7,507.20 . As much as I wish I could cover this on my own, the cost is far beyond what I can afford right now.

Zeus means the world to me and our family. He’s the sweetest, most loving boy, and he adores his little sister Lilo. He’s brought so much joy and comfort to our lives, and we can’t imagine life without him.
