EMERGENCY SURGERY male cat with life threatening UTI

My poor baby Oliver had to go to the hospital tonight because he is going through his third urinary tract infection. His bladder is completely blocked and inflamed. UTIs are extremely life-threatening to male cats. They're recommending a surgery to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future, but the unblocking is mandatory, which is very costly. This is a very sudden emergency and I have only 36 hours to come up with money for his surgery and unblocking of his urinary tract. Anything would help to bring my baby boy back home healthy.
