Hi everyone! I really hate creating this page and asking for money, but my cat Artemis is headed in for emergency surgery. She has a fur ball that is causing a blockage inside of her intestines. The total cost of the surgery/hospital stay is going to be around $8,500. I do have pet insurance but they will only cover about half the costs. I am asking for help to cover the rest of the costs as I do not have the money, but I will do anything to help my kitty. Any small amount at all would help and I would be forever grateful to you.

Artemis is 4 years old and I met her when she was only about a week old. I quickly knew I wanted to adopt her and her brother Apollo. So when they were old enough I brought them both home. They have been together their entire life and Apollo is under a lot of stress right now without his sister.

Artemis is part maine coon and is gigantic! The first thing people say about her when they meet her is how big and fluffy she is. She is the kindest cat and absolutely loves strangers. Anyone who has met her knows that even after just a few minutes she will be curled on your lap asking to be pet.

She did great over night at the emergency room and is headed into surgery this morning. I will give updates as I get them.
