Emergency Procedure for our kitty Justice

I need help. My 3 year old boy Justice needs a procedure, I can't afford it we just spent $550 to try and help him but it didn'twork. $6k to fix a urinary obstruction. We are looking for a cheaper place.
Please please please I need resources a place and funds. My family really can't afford it. My father in-law Miguel passed away and my mother in-law Rosario is I the hospital with covid. We have funeral expenses pending.
We have been out of work and our EDD is stuck.
Today is Labor Day and so many places are closed. Help me please!!!
