Emergency surgery for my dog Mitsy

My name is Josh Tate, I'm not the kind of guy to ask for a handout of any kind but I'm in a tough spot and need all the help I can get. I inherited 2 pomeranians after my mom passed away around Christmas time last year. I've still been recovering financially from the cost of the cremation and other services. Mitsy got sick recently and an xray showed that she has some mass,either tumor or foreign that's blocking her asophogas. She hasn't been able to keep food down and needs an endoscopy to determine what kind of surgery she needs. These dogs are the most important thing in my life and the only thing I have left of my mom. Any help would be greatly appreciated..
