Hi I'm Sam, and my cat Lilo needs unexpected emergency surgery ASAP.

Lilo is about 10 years old and has been my baby since she was a kitten. On Friday she started throwing up and has stopped since, so this morning, Sunday, we took her in to the emergency clinic to get checked. Sure enough a few X-rays later and we found out she has a blockage and needs emergency surgery today. This surgery costs over 4,000 dollars which is well over the few hundred I have to my name at the moment. We then applied for several emergency pet credit cards all of which were denied due to lack of income and credit. We then applied for numerous donation based aid sources and we were able to secure $900 in donations from 3 separate organizations. With the 900 plus 1200 we are able to put towards it our of our own pockets after pooling resources and maxing out savings, we are at just over half of what we need to cover the surgery. As many of you know, I have, over the last couple years, been changing careers from education to tattooing and because of this, my income on paper right now does not look great and my credit score has taken a huge hit just trying to survive during this change. Kai, my wife and Lilo's other parent, works in education and is paid a teacher's salary which leaves no money left over for emergencies such as this.
