Hi there! My name is Stephanie Wise, I'm the president of Recycle-A-Bull Bully Breed Rescue. We are a small foster based rescue in CNY. We are completely volunteer ran and rely on the support and donations from the community to keep helping dogs in nees.
Recently we took in Gigi from a home with multiple other dogs, several sadly did not make it out alive. Gigi is a 3 year old mix breed of a whole 40 pounds.
Considering the circumstances she came from she has been the sweetest most tolerant dog. Friendly and happy to meet new people of all sizes. Friendly with other dogs and cats.
Sadly Gigi is no stranger to being a mom. it was very clear she has has multiple litters. She was very heavily pregnant when she arrived in rescue as well.
Sadly, she went into labor and things became emergant, we are talking
life threatening for both Gigi and the puppies she carried.
Her amazing foster and another volunteer made the drive to Cornell so that she could undergo a lofe saving c section.
She had a very large puppy stuck in the birth canal and if we didn't act fast could lose Gigi along with any puppies that may have still been alive.
She is currently at Cornell and we know in wonderful hands. But the bill is estimate to he $4500.00 on the low end.
That is a huge financial hit with us recently taking in multiple new dogs, one needing ACL surgery, another having a prolapsed urethra and another needing broken teeth extracted. Not to mention just the run of the mill spay and neuter.
We hate having to do these go fund me's but we really need your support right now. Any amount is appreciated and a share of this fundraiser as well.
Sadly the vets do not think any of the puppies will survive, Gigi is our main concern. She deserves to live the rest of her years with a loving family and not as a baby making machine.
Thank you all so much.
Stephanie and all of us with RABBBR
